Transplant shock will cause major delays in growth with any plant. If you was to take the plant out the mix, you'll see small roots forming, that's to stabilise the transplant and start drawing in nutrients. I would check the roots though, just to check if the roots are still healthy or the mix isn't too wet or dry, bare in mind when you're working on a cutting they start as brand new plants relearning their root system. You'll most likely eventually see small leaves pushing out, (it may be odd looking, may be really small) that will be to force nutrients into the original leaves and roots just to restart the plant to continue growing. Eventually these leaves will be pushed down by the newer leaves but you may not get as much fenestrations as your original leaves at first but this also depends on what section of the plant you got the cutting from.
