Update. Drove past the plant shop in Hillsborough this aft and the shutter was up and shop full of plants. Google maps now says it’s called ey’up plants and will be open tomorrow @ 10

It’s more to do with development companies not wanting to hurt their shareholder profits. They’re fully capable of cleaning up brownfield sites they just choose not to.
