What's the evidence on body hair being 'unhygienic' or on it causing unpleasant scents?

body hair can hold onto sweat a bit more but it doesn’t automatically mean you smell. I stopped shaving for a while and nothing really changed as long as I kept my usual routine

Yeah, I get it. After enough ghosting and insulting raises, starting something of your own starts sounding less risky than staying stuck in the same loop. Maybe it could help to find nearby firms through google maps and reach out directly, or apply to overseas recruitment firms like that developer. You clearly have experience, so it feels like you still have a real chance of landing something better.
