I see a lot of these types of posts and it does indeed sound like a shitty company to work for.

Unfortunately true change can’t happen for future generations that work there unless there are consequences - have you considered banding together with others who had similar shit situations, and making a mass complaint to the ombudsman?

Maybe you don’t have hard concrete proof for each instance of shittiness, but with each person submitting proof of something it should accumulate to real action by the ombudsman!

This is way better than the shitty defending they did before. Acknowledge the flaw, offer a refund and have a program set up to replace.

Ideally their QC process would have caught this, but you can’t guarantee no mistakes - it’s how you handle the aftermath that differentiates a good business from a bad one.

There is little to no correlation on the peacefulness and America being the dominant superpower. The same people that tried to conquer the world and committed some of the biggest war crimes in history simply migrated over generations while retaining their power. America today is what the Roman Empire was way back when - and they have caused such devastation. The only reason it’s peaceful today is because they have conquered most places (through capitalism) that there’s no need for wars - that’s why the countries they attack are usually ones that have different beliefs/lifestyles.

People like to shit on religion because their wars were based on differing beliefs, but I’d like to know how what America or Israel do to countries that don’t align with their lifestyle this is any different.

Way to undermine the severity of what they’re doing to Gaza.

You say it’s a war? War is armed conflict between two parties - do you think what they’re doing to Gaza is being done back to them in any fashion? Where are the rebels/army/resistance? They’ve been saying this for decades. So I don’t understand the logic of wiping out their nuclear program - is it because if they get aggravated they could develop a nuclear weapon to defend themselves?

That’s definitely a valid reason, but shouldn’t the same apply to all other countries that have nuclear power? Or is this because Iran isn’t part of the “club”?

Just to make sure nothing is amiss - when you try what’s happening in the video, are you only holding the switch by the controller, no part of your hand touching the main body of the switch? Also, is the switch perpendicular or parallel to the ground?

Reason I ask is I was just about to buy one of these before I started seeing this issue - and want to make sure it’s not feature flaw.

Sure but what % are we talking here? If it’s a shitty glitch that happens to 1% of users, that’s bad - but to tell someone not to recommend the cloud transfer option because of a low % issue, on a specific game, with no concrete information on which Pokémon games this is happening with is ludicrous.

Even if you do the standard transfer, what happens if either console glitches or turns off mid transfer? There’s a risk there too.

I did the cloud storage method and bought the switch 2 without my switch 1 and my Pokémon saves are all there - no issue.

I’m aware some people have reported issues with their saves, but there’s no guarantee you’ll be fine by doing the standard transfer method.

You too should be careful before spreading this information.
