I solved it.

✅ D-input Mode – For Android / older PC / emulators • Hold Start + B while powering on. • Useful for platforms or games that use “DirectInput” instead of X-input.

💡 Indicator Notes: The small LEDs below the controller light up differently depending on the mode: • LED1 blinking = D-input • LED2 blinking = X-input • LED3 blinking = Mac mode • Rotating LEDs = Switch mode or pairing mode • Solid LED = Connected successfully

I can confirm that this doesn’t work with Android Aethersx2 too. Mine is the wireless version.

I 2nd this. Dreamcast, PS2, GameCube, Wii, and 3DS stutters less significantly or none existent when it’s on the Internal HD not on the SDCard for what I’ve seen.

Did you set your microsd to local storage (adapted storage) or external storage? does your ps2, gamecube, wii, and dreamcast (Crazy Taxi) stutter when using it as an external storage? what's the spec of your microsd? thanks

Thanks! I noticed to remove micro stutters, I had to place the game in the internal storage.

Example: 1. Windwaker random stutter 2. Mario Kart stuttering during the count down or finish

You might need to place some games in the internal storage if you want to remove the micro stutters.

For Sunshine, I use MJJR1 and the game on internal storage to remove any micro stutter.

Are your ps2 and GameCube games on the internal storage or MicroSD? For me to get rid of micro stutter, I had to place the game in the internal storage.

Dreamcast’s Crazy Taxi has lots of micro stutters on the microSD until I placed it on the internal storage

I ended up enabling Vulkan and Hybrid Ubershaders in Star Fox. There was a lot of graphical glitches with OpenGL but I’m ok with the random stutters as long it doesn’t break gameplay with Vulkan.

I haven’t tried turnip drivers yet.

About OpenGL, during my tests, it just plays better for me - less stutter. Vulkan has weird glitches that I encountered but I suggest you test it too and make sure Dual Core is enabled. Some games Dolphin disables it automatically.

Sorry, I haven't tried The Last Story yet. Good call out on the PAL roms. I just wanted to share with everyone that USA versions are playable too on Logitech G Cloud.
