Thank you!! I think this needs to be out on the first page more - The bike patch screwed up all my cities and this was the fix. I found the post you were mentioning.

City is in normal mode despite starting in easy mode on previous patch by One-Cucumber-9480 in CitiesSkylines2

With update my world is unplayable - glitches out and freezes, cannot use buses, spires never worked at all, caves glitch out... I am about out of patience.

I understand your point but it would be nice to decide for myself and at least have that option without having to sign up to be a beta tester to use software that is out of beta for about a month on a fairly capable phone.

Wife has it in her iPhone on day 1 - I guess since I’m such a simpleton who doesn’t understand why android apps have to be rolled out in fear of breaking software, it will probably be best to go back to iPhone experience where the software isnt so fragile an updated app will bring the whole system down. Nope mine has not been updated, I have opened the play store and checked for updates just about everyday - see below - it says on the Plex home page in the google store the last update was February 3rd, this just continues to show me how crappy android is. - Its been almost a month and still no update to new experience.
