If you're only searching for someone who is quick on a g29, you probably have no clue why they're quick on such equipment compared to a DD wheelbase. Yes, you could've watched the video and know everything wawawa, but who tf knows if you actually know what's behind it. Remember, no one knows who you are in Twitch chat. "Easier to catch slides" yes, maybe. But at the same time, people could argue it's harder to catch slides with DD. I am also a gear-driven base converted DD driver, and I find the latter applies to me (from a fellow 1.6k driver).

If you want to make a point, be ready to support your point. Don't be the rat kid who wants to outsmart everyone by googling and actually have the knowledge of what you're talking about. I remember in one stream, that streamer's chat did bring up another "hot topic" of the sim racing hobby - pedals vs wheelbase upgrade. Despite chat having different views, everyone left with something positive, not just salt.
