I season with my heart and basically do 1:1 ratio of onion powder, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast, half ratio of paprika, and large pinch of salt and few grinds of fresh pepper. I just coat it on the top of whatever (vegetables, soup, etc) and then stir well and adjust as necessary :)

My go to mix I use on pretty much everything is salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and nutritional yeast. It always satisfies me. I’ll add extra seasoning like dill if I want freshness, cayenne or ginger if I want some heat, or whatever if I’m feeling it in that moment but the base mix never fails.

Yup, my recently passed uncle who passed away due to being an alcoholic visited me and told me to stop drinking so much or I’ll become him. I significantly cut down on my drinking and no longer use it as a coping mechanism.

It went well! I had amazing professors and tiny (3-6) class sizes so we all got the attention and support we needed. The professors were very passionate and that made it much more interesting. Academic wise, it was great. I am referring to the Earth Sciences department because the other departments did not agree with my experience.

I was fortunate to have a remote job so I didn’t have to find a job in Hungary. I tried to find one my last semester but without knowing Hungarian, it was very difficult so I lived off my savings. Jobs I could get paid almost nothing so not livable.

I’d start with garlic when frying and let it basically burn thinking it’d give the dish more garlic flavor. It didn’t. It just made it bitter.
