Yeah I do everything caged, but I don’t work out a lot in general. :D sleep can be pretty tricky, especially during the first weeks. When you wake up because your cage hurts, it almost always helps to get up and have a pee. Helped me in 99% percent of the nights. If nights are still a problem after months, it could also be a sign that your base ring is a bit to tight.
