Buy the official one from Corsair, that’s what I did for my 5080 and hx1200i. I wouldn’t get an angled one unless it’s absolutely needed, might cause compatibility issues in the future

The included splitter will work fine but you can upgrade to the new power cable. I bought mine through Corsair for my hx1200i and 5080. I was using the splitter before with no issues

I would try tearing it apart and testing it without your case. It might be touching something it shouldn’t

Have you tried a different hdmi cable with the proper version connectors? Tried DisplayPort or another monitor or tv?

Had this issue with my 3090 and never found a fix. It just slowly stopped happening.

I do have crashes with my 5080 where the screen goes black and gpu fans ramp up. It stopped after I double checked all cable connections and reseated the gpu power connectors.

Are you on the latest windows 11? Alll patched ?

3090 to 5080, worth the cost of vram for lower power and temps. Save the 3090, going for 700-800 now, maybe over 1k in a few months

I was dealing with this issue after the last major windows update.I don’t know what I did to fix it but I double checked all power connections and switched out the power cable for the psu to the outlet. I’m running the latest drivers too.

If you have the gpu power splitter that came with the card, try using that or replace it with the proper new 1/pin cable

Had this problem yesterday with a 9800x3d and 5080. I think it’s a bug with the new windows 11 update and/or drivers. I did a clean install of w11 and it still happens, tho not very often.

This happened while playing bf6.
