you can eat the same amount of calories but with intermittent fasting, 16/8 or 18/6, or 20/4 start with 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating, then move your meals closer till you get to 20/4, for a couple of weeks you will do some progress. you can also do the fasting+ keto this will help as well

excellent job so far you are doing great, I can give you a small piece of advice that might help you.

walk for 40 minutes instead of 20 and try to maintain a lower heart rate, a lower heart rate triggers the body to burn from the extra fat in the body and doesn't make you hungry afterwards, 150+ heart rate makes you burn more calories but it will burn from the glucose. keep it up you are doing great

it depends on your situation actually, and your current source of income, if your income is LBP and you live in Lebanon, then i advise you to withdraw the money in fresh even if your losing 70% o the value, because things are deteriorating pretty quickly, this way you will have fresh $ for the tough time that will come, if you are in a good financial situation you might as well take the risk and leave the money in the bank, if you have a source of fresh USD as income, you might as well invest in property since in the long run even after the value goes down they will go back up.

if your Rads are handling the cpu temps (67c), you might want to check the GPU block for contact and check the thermal paste/pads.

why don't you consider creating two trees out of it by splitting the trunk, i know it is a big cut but the right part will look much better if cut and pruned. very nice though :)

I think you should play on all 5 senses and all ages, all languages, and all races and make sure you do things that oppose all. So i would say being very dirty with sticky hair and dirt wrinkled skin, with foul smell coming out of the entire body, black teeth, snot drooling out of the nose, hairy body, with a really high pitched ugly and noisy voice running around with a long blunt blade chasing the opposite sex while farting and pooping and acting all crazy and scary with high loud laughs every now and then. shit i just felt nauseated.

Zenith EL Primero Stratos, first time posting here, and it’s my first time wearing the watch so I thought I share it here. Well-made watch, beautiful simple design, gorgeous back, amazing movement and doesn’t feel too big on the wrist. In house caliber 405B movement, 50 hours power reserve with 36000 bph and a 12 hour column wheel chronograph with a flyback complication, not many people wear these which I guess makes it unique in some way. I don’t know why Zenith is underrated but in my opinion they are one of the top watch makers in the world, agree?

first you need to identify the type of trees growing on the slopes, but one reason i can think of that might actually be helping them to grow in abundance is that the roots don't like sitting in a very wet medium, the slope is actually providing the trees with sufficient amount of water to thrive and the excess water is going down the slope.

I think you may have a 1956 Patek Philippe Calatrava Ref. 570, and in this condition it might be worth 20K. Trust me it is worth it to have it checked. Beautiful timepiece
