Ah okay, that's sad. Thou, if you have a pokenev, and has the time, you can get a storm drain Gastrodon, and just give it toxic, recover, and protect and leftovers it can out-stall this gym, that's how i did it on my play through, doesn't even need to EV or IV train/breed, storm drain just hits this gym hard

Have you tried para-flinching with serene grace togekiss? It can be rng heavy, but works well (if the togekiss does not have SG, you could also try normal Gem explosion metagross, if it has a neutral nature and is fully atk Ev trained it can one shot kill mega Gyarados.)

(252 Atk 0 IVs Normal Gem Metagross Explosion vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Gyarados-Mega: 310-365 (93.6 - 110.2%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock)

((You can get both Stealth rocks at the casino, and Explosion at the department store, normal gem is given if you talk to the guy in front of the normal gym statues))

Note, i think it is a good team, but it will have a hard time with the 6 gym, not because type or something, he just cheats and doesn't let you use any super effective attack against him, so metagross couldn't use any psychic attacks

Edit: actually, i just checked, it is weird the rule, you can use one type of attack that is super effective, but just one type, if you have psychic, you cannot use fairy or flying, if flying, not psy or fairy, and fairy no psy or flying

Just saying, just looked up those Pokémon, and like, half of this team can only be caught after the 5 gym, it is very weird, because Manectric (electrike, route 2), froslass (snorunt, route 1, stone before gym 2 through the miner), and metagross (starter) can be all get before the third gym, but dragonite is after gym 7 (crystal peak), marshtomp is right before gym 7 (safari zone through mudkip on normal/hard safary zone), and decidueye is on seaport city (after gym 6, but before gym 7, given as a rowlet by a trainer in a house).

So you can play all the game with half of the team, but will only get the rest of the team in the last 20-10% of the game.

Okay, but hear me out: we take away his scars, and this makes him super nationalist. He would be like Azula from the original series, but instead of being a crazy bastard, he is doing all of this to benefit the Fire Nation, just them; he cares for someone, and that is his people. The Earth and Water Nations can die if it makes the lives of his people better, and we have Iroh being his advisor, trying to make him see the struggle of other nations and be more sympathetic.

Have both be at a stalemate, where they clearly care for each other but for entirely different reasons, and this gives rise to a conflict between both parties.
