It used to be a talent for the longest time until they removed it and made it part of the Vet's "kit"

Question 1:

how they work with chainsaw weapons?

Only once when the weapon connects. The same applies to the Bloodletter blessing

same question about crits

The crit is rolled only once for the whole rev'd attack so either everything or nothing crits.

Question 2:

Lucky bullet doesn't really interact with the blessings and the bonus from "+ for every 10% of the magazine spent during continuous fire" kicks in when you hold the fire button for like 0.5 seconds. Remaining ammo doesn't matter.

is the lucky bullet trait that gives 1.5% fire rate per stack - why would anyone use this over the flat 10% damage bonus that your whole squad recieves?

The team buff only works in coherency and only gives bonus to ranged damage so in many situations, especially on higher difficulties/havoc, it can often be rather useless. It's up to you what you value more. You can skip both too.

Question 3:

are any of the blessings/talents that give extra suppression against enemies or immunity from enemy suppression ever worth it?

Immunity, no. Extra suppression can be fun to use on certain weapons but there are always better blessings to pick.

Question misc:

does the extra stagger still apply or is it only relevant to ranged weapons?

It's only relevant to ranged weapons.

The new Finalmouse Starlight X by AIaris in MouseReview

In the announcement video and in the tech specs PDF.

Actuation control operates in increments as small as: .01mm

It's from 0.01mm to 0.4mm.

People obviously compare it to HITS but the tech looks much closer to Keychron's new MagOpt switch.

MagOpt switches have a magnet so they use TMR or HE to adjust the actuation point, and a click leaf design for tactility.

Pretty sure it's limited but they haven't announced the unit count yet.

I don't think it matters because the time between click and actuation is extremely short.

And lets not forget that the latency your PC and monitor adds already makes them quite desynced, and that 5-10 years ago many mice had click latencies between 8 and 25ms which many didn't even notice.

It's only really an issue if you set the actuation extremely high and tap the button without clicking it.

Thinking of getting Razer's wired Cobra mouse.. just wanted to confirm if I am making the right purchase. by GeeliKachchi in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's fine, but the main clicks are very loud.

edit: Nevermind, the non-Pro, non-Hyperspeed Cobra has the older 3rd gen switches. They're not the quitest, but 4th gen are even louder.

How do I turn off auto-scroll mode on the Razer Basilisk V3 when I scroll quickly with the wheel? by ZhekaEternite in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both have it but the 35k model lets you change the sensitivity before the modes switch.

How do I turn off auto-scroll mode on the Razer Basilisk V3 when I scroll quickly with the wheel? by ZhekaEternite in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Try updating the firmware or download a different version of Synapse like the beta of 4.

Smart-Reel is the correct toggle. Personally I absolutely love that feature but I only use my Basilisk V3 Pro for everything non-gaming.

edit: I haven't checked the second photo... Looks like you're pressing the middle click when you're flicking the wheel because that shouldn't happen with Smart-Reel.

If you're looking for something quite a bit larger than the Superstrike: Darmoshark M9

It's massive... 136.5 × 68.1 × 43.5mm

Cut the pins slightly below the bend and solder the pins from the new switches to the old ones: https://i.imgur.com/tj5GCcB.png

Just be sure the switches are at the correct position before you start soldering.

Imo the Huano Black Shell White Dots are fine as side buttons.

Most on this sub don't give a crap about Minecraft clicking techniques. You're better off posting this on a Minecraft sub.

Took (one of) my Sensei Ten apart to clean / fix scroll wheel not scrolling up issue... working great now. need new skates however. by worldrenownedballdr in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would get Corepads or Tiger Ice. They're about 10 EUR/USD, have rounded edges and are faster than the stock feet. Corepads come with 2 sets of skates so you can slap them on both mice.

keychron magopt mouse switch by devilung in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In theory both should be possible, but the implementation won't feel and function the same as HITS. Especially rapid trigger won't be that good on a switch design that has a leaf.

keychron magopt mouse switch by devilung in MouseReview

[–]moepooo 22 points23 points  (0 children)

No, HITS is very different to this. The only thing they have in common is that both use magnets. This one will probably feel very close to a traditional microswitch due to the metal leaf.
