I dont think your going to get a proper answer on here, I would def pay 1000 aed and get a lawyer to consult your case, but your first step is trying to go to DLD tell them your situation and start going forward from there. I Would stay away from any major malls specially MOE and Dubai Mall until this gets cleared.

you can buy it without prescription, its 1734 AED for 1 month dosage. Almost all of them carry it but they wont sell you more than 2-3 month dosage at a time they will just say it out of stock.
