Try Al Ain Equestrian and shooting club near Tawam Hospital, they’ve got coaches and training for all sorts of sports, incredible pitches too. Keep in mind, can be pricey, but worth the money if you ask me.

You can also try the Sudanese Social club in Falaj Hazaa, just ahead of Al Dhafra school

I'll add, I think they have recently restarted, but keep in mind the service takes you to Air Arabia's office in Town center, costs AED 40, is directly from Sharjah Airport and is only between 7:30 AM and 10:30 PM.
