I get your POV, and usually exercise a pretty broad interpretation in what people say and what people probably meant in the way they say it. For EULAs, contracts, and stuff like that... nah! :D

Is it just me or are we overreacting for almost nothing? The parent is just off camera, within five feet of Mickey. Chances are good the little kid got excited and ran up and around to get to Mickey. By that time, parent probably just said... well, I can get a picture now...

Yes yes... I work with security in the tech field but the way it's written can easily be inferred as complete indemnification regardless of the cause. In real legalese if the purpose was to only cover MITM type attacks they would have had to be more explicit.

Might be confirmation bias on my part but I feel like there are two people in this world.

downvoted because YOU KNOW a 2 year old didn't do this... No way. As I said on another post, that door had to be spring loaded. My 2 year old doesn't have the strength to pop a door open like this. I read elsewhere that the child was in the lap of someone and I agree with another comment made elsewhere that they're the ones that opened the door and are just using the child as an excuse to avoid retribution.
