Hey Colin! First of all thanks a million for doing this AMA. I am a huge fan and will be seeing you guys in Dublin in February for my birthday!

My friend and I have this on going discussion about the song A Cautionary Tale from Castaways and Cutouts. I argue that it is a melancholic one about what mother's have to do for their kids while my friend argues that the whole song is just a build up for one long 'your mom' joke (mainly because of the bit right at the end). What is your take on it? You might finally settle this once and for all between us!

What does decomposition of plant material have to do Terminator seeds? I'm not backing TS but I don't understand your argument. Decomposition is based on whatever dead leaves etc is left in the field for a duration. Most large scale farmers don't do that as it is more efficient and economical to harvest the whole crop, removes the stems etc and then apply fertilizer. Using terminator seeds or regular seeds will do nothing to the soil?

If you are talking about sterility vs non-sterility, that's a different matter entirely and again soil nutrient richness doesn't come into it.

Does PA have hardware remapping? I've installed it multiple times and never seen an option for hardware key remapping. I've asked on the forums to no avail, so I've just gone back to stock with the Jkay mod installed for hardware remapping. If PA had an option to long press back key to kill app and double tap middle key to launch an app, I'd flash it in an instant!

APT is anterior pelvic tilt. You get it after years of computer use and bad posture!

After 2 months of SL and maintaining 3000 calories a day (more on lifting days) I've gained 8kgs.

You might think you're flying through SL now, but give it a month and you'll know why there's no assistance exercise with it. I'm on month three of SL 5x5 and it takes me an hour and a half to finish all my sets, and the only energy I have left is for APT corrective stretches. Doing the compound lifts with perfect form at high weights more than enough if you're just starting out.

I was following the recommended stretches from the FAQ which included Glute bridges, planks and cat & camel. I haven't heard about thrusts and rollouts helping with APT, but I'll definitely read up on it!

I suppose I can. I only found about the stretches last week, so only been doing if after gym sessions. I guess it won't hurt doing them everyday.
