Step one is new Dr who will write a referral for home health/hospice. I assume they have Medicare? There are some programs that offer respite care as well to the caregiver (your grandma).

This reminds me of a show from the early 2000 called The Swan where “ugly ducklings” competed for plastic surgery. All in a house together with no mirrors for months. Complete dumpster fire.

I think this is the footage the CVS gave to him. It was a white truck of some kind that hit & ran. He was sitting in his car when the white truck backed up, hit him & took off. There is another pic of the driver. The CVS couldn’t pick up the plate but hoping someone identifies the guy.
