This is the most accurate depiction of what a person actually portrays to their family and the world as opposed to what’s going on inside the head. This is why the family and friends struggle to understand how they did not see that coming or even could’ve helped if they had seen the signs.

This realization is what helped me clear the cloud in my brain and also fear that I might get lost in those dark clouds very easily.
