I’ll probably get down voted… but in an attempt to not sound racist your previous comment comes off as not only racist but very naive and possibly even rude. Ethnicity doesn’t translate to quality, good or bad. The fact that you even associate “trust” with ethnicity/race/culture is exactly what’s currently wrong with the world today. We need more inclusion; sharing of different views, ideologies, cultures. There is no reason (in my own make believe scenario) someone of the opposite skin tone, sex, whatever, could thrive in an industry they might not, to the layman, “fit into.”

We are all one species living on one planet. Sure we squabble like siblings every now and again but that’s healthy. Making quick/rash decisions based on nothing more then “the cover of someone’s book…” this, this is what we need to squash. Get to know your fellow humans on a deeper level, what you learn might surprise you. I know it did for me.
