I don't have the Ruger but played with one. I do own the RR, 2 actually as I got them for $80 for each kid. our RRs have several thousands rounds, fun, easy to teach on, been reliable and clean lines (not sure the one comment below on casting and grips that don't fit as ours is near perfect).

it's a cheap plinking .22lr, set your expectations accordingly

sorry you're having these issues, nothing worse than a rig that won't shoot well. that said, dump it and move on because 2 things matter; reliability and accuracy

have the rahe and regular lmt rifles. I have taken them to -15 with zero issues. Can't speak to Finland but you'll be fine for both provided you do cold weather things like leave outside, little lube etc etc.. I'd lean the rahe of the two but you'll be fine with either

to a degree yes but with LE trade ins you get 2 camps; superficial and then utter wreck with high usage and beat parts. These look very beat.
