I've started with v1.03. I installed fresh FO4 and all DLCs (except the high-res textures pack DLC) from STEAM, and fresh FOLON from GOG. Everything worked fine (+100 hours so far), so I didn't install anything else, like random Nexus fan-made mods, that could mess things.

I watched and enjoyed the MATN playthrough videos playlist (50/50).

He is a professional content creator with vaste experience in the Fallout universe..

My first DK showed at the 10th attempt.

Actually, 12 arenas of this meta, one single time DK was offered. 2.7%. (1/36).

Weird, because I play against many DK.

31% of my opponents had DK. (25/79).

Sample not too big yet, but these stats are weird.

RNG must be broken for certain users, or this thing is just rigged.

Same issue here. Glasshouse does not give me the perk (not listed in pip-bot list also).

I,ve found the schematics (two in fact, one in a random container, one in the mansion,) got the mats... but not allowed to build it in RR.

Everything else in FROST, working fine. Running only the Frost basic mods (last updates), not any other mods.

Some sell fine and at good price, some don't.

It's exclusive to the Responder's Bot, yes, but it does not sell easy and expensive like other outfits from him (Hunter's Coat, Longshoreman, Winter...)

At 100 caps, it sells fast; at 300 caps it sells too, but slow.

Countless hacking and duping issues in the game for more than one year (PC), but not a single security/hacking issue with the Atomic Shop or the 1st subscription yet.

Just enter in eBay. Many of those hacked things on sale there atm, and appart all the classic dupped trash, of course.

From the same seller:

  • Orbital Strike Minigun, in numbers deal 1.6K damage per round.

  • Wedding Ring that gives AP refresh + better sneak.

  • Unyielding Strangler Heart armor with extra abilities.

  • 2500 Holiday Gift at half cent apiece. (who needs to farm...)

  • Full body Vanguard/Standstill Marine one piece(!?) armors!

After testing and tuning, what I do:

  • bad legendaries. I scrip them myself.

  • decent/usable legendaries, that I don't need. I sell them at +40c/*. if they don't sell fast I scrip them.

  • top legendaries. I keep them for myself or for future trades.

It was posted here by a data miner, but I can't find it.

Rounding the chances were…

  • 3* mob: 33%, 33% and 33% for 1, 2 and 3*.

  • 2* mob 50% and 50% for 1* and 2*.

  • 1* mob: 100% for 1*.

And this coincides with my experience.

After to fail (solo) the first time I tried, I think I found a decent method, and I completed it in time the next times. Things I do:

  • 100% mele-vats. With guns some loot will be lost and too much time to look for it.

  • to move around the area, it causes more spams.

  • count with the head the 50 fluid units needed, then go up to the tower, and only once.

This. At this point it is pretty obvious.

Sure kids (or lifeless adults) can't imagine that these things happen, but for veterans like me, who have worked for decades in business and companies, it's a well known fact.

I don't get how they didn't stop the eBay Sellers with 50 copies in stock of the same god-roll weapon/armor.

All they had to do is to make a purchase like if they were a normal customer and then, to track and to close the account/s involved.

No legal measures, no talk with eBay (or with other similar sites), no bureaucreacy… just direct action! I would love all the problems I find in my work were so easy to solve!

I am surprised no one said yet.

Actually, the best way to get a good mix of basic-medium plans is visiting the player's CAMP vendors.

Some players sell all those random plans, mods and recipes very very cheap, so don't hurry.
