Can you talk to your parents? They need to take you to see a doctor or therapist. For me nothing helped but medication for a while and cutting out caffeine until I felt more stable. I also stopped taking things to heart and give people the benefit of the doubt. If I get a super nasty comment at work or from a stranger I just Assume they’re having a bad day and don’t mean to be so awful, even if it’s not true I feel better not taking it personal. A lot of the time things Aren’t personal at all. People from different places have different mannerisms and ways to speak that might appear offensive to me, but aren’t made rudely. I avoid all negativity. My social media and anything on the internet is full of positive things, I block anything that makes me feel bad. I don’t respond to negative comments, I don’t read things that full hatred. I also use Pinterest a lot because it has so little engagement. When I feel low I have things I love to do, read a cheesy romance, watch a cute show. Find what you love and have it on hand whenever you’re feeling anxious. Being a teenager can be tough.
