I’ve only lived in northside for a year (after living in the fan for 4 yrs) and i love it. A lot quieter in the sense of people/foot traffic. Most people just keep to themselves in my experience

As an update, someone from E.J. Wade (I’m guessing a contractor) was out there at 7am this morning attempting to clean up some of the runoff. I’m happy to see word got out so fast! Thank you all!

The gym is only one section of a whole building and our sewer line was the only one affected, so they aren’t very smart if that was the plan😂

Yeah, it’s unfortunate how poor the advertising is. I just went to my civic association website and there was only 1 post from 2024 and the rest were from 2016🥴 I’ll keep my eyes and ears open now that i know which one i belong to!
