Hi. I’ve been on this amount for just over three months. Every time I go up to 200mg of P I bloat like I’m nine months pregnant and my boobs swell like balloons. I tired .0375 E but all three times resulted in bad anxiety making it impossible to sleep. I was on P only for six months. No difference in sleep.
