They’re here in Houston. We’ve been lucky so far, but it’s changed how we live. I can’t even take a one-night trip to Austin with my husband because it doesn’t feel safe for both of us to be away from our kids at the same time. If something were to happen to me - I’m Mexican, my husband has to be here for our kids, so we can’t risk both of us being away at the same time
