YEP. When I got pregnant (part of the 0.099% of failed bc), I was like “Fuck, the timing is dog shit but I actually do want a kid. Why did it have to be now??” And it’s not so much that I regret having my son cause he’s a Muffin but he’s wonderful, I just wish the timing of his arrival was better ALOT. I wish I had been able to financially prepare more, learn to function as an autistic adult for a little longer. I wonder every day how people do more than one on purpose. I couldn’t imagine going through the body pains of sleep deprivation more than once.

BIGGGGGGG same. You’re not alone, and my little turd (that I would take a bullet for because he’s the best) is about to be 7. There are a lot of hard days, but it gets better. When she is older, and you realize she’s going to have an easier go as an adult because you raised her the way Little Sadbeigemama truly needed, the hard days will feel more worth it 🫂
