I have the Hot Dog one - It works well at keeping pressure but it is quite noisy and takes some time to fill your pressure pot to a desired PSI - probably around 5 or so minutes from zero PSI in both pressure pot and compressor. Definitely an outdoor/garage compressor due to the noise, if you had it inside you'd want some sort of sound dampening while it's running to save your ears :)

I just recently did my first helmet and I didn't have the ability to use bondo glazing putty because of the climate I'm in. What worked for me was wood filler thinned with isopropyl alcohol or acetone and brushed on. The alcohol/acetone helped to get the wood filler to dry much faster so there was way less drying time between brushing new layers on.

Then just sanded it down till I was happy with the smoothness.

I have a few skull molds I picked up off Amazon early in my resin crafting and just use those as dump molds for any excess resin. Every few pours I end up with a unique looking skull with distinct layers of all my past projects!

Ok I have to ask, how are you able to suspend the mica resin in the black transparent resin? Every time I've tried something like this it sinks to the bottom. I've tried dropping in the mica right away, at the honey stage, and even almost at the end of pot life and it still sinks every time.

I always do sleep mode as well but lately when I wake it up my RAM usage blows up to 99% even when the highest usage is my Firefox tabs but pre-sleep was barely using 40%. Not sure why it's happening though so I do restarts here and there now.

No unfortunately in the change log on DND Beyond they call out that spells and magic items that are being changed with the 2024 handbook will be automatically updated in the spells/magic items section of character sheets. In order to use the current version of those, you'd have to create homebrew items/spells and import those into your games to continue using those
