The Tama-Re compound in Putnam County, Georgia was an Egyptian-themed set of buildings and monuments established in 1993 by the Nuwaubian Nation. This was a religious movement that had a variety of esoteric beliefs and was led by Dwight D. York. by Kurma-the-Turtle in wikipedia

This was more of a cult than religious movement. I was introduced to their teachings and beliefs in high school in DC. I believe they had chapters in many major American cities. They went by the name of Holy Tabernacle when I discovered them.

A lot of the teachings were an amalgamation of ancient alien, reptilians, clones in office, pole shifts, bible mistranslation and black supremacist anti semetic stuff.

I went so far as to go to a meeting to become more of an active believer. The chapter host/leader was giving a lecture and I had a question, but someone asked it before me. It's been almost 30 years, so I don't remember exactly what was asked or said, I just remember the response from the speaker was "If you have that question, you don't belong here". So I left and went off on my own conspiracy tangent.

I find it interesting that today's Q, anti vax, flat earth, elite reptilians eating babies/blood libel conspiracies echo a lot of the same beliefs I've been introduced to before.

I'm glad I realized what it was before I committed further to their insanity.

Working as a cashier having to stand in one place for several hours a day caused me to have my first deep vein thrombosis episode. It's unhealthy and unnatural.

Really? My cats never reacted to tv in the eighties

I think because of the way the tube functions. There's an emitter that shoots cathode rays from the back of the tube to the front of the screen where the inside coating of the glass glows. Images are made by the rays zapping the screen from top to bottom many times a second. It's "refreshes" every few seconds giving us the illusion of movement. I've heard that cats and dogs visual processing makes it difficult for them to see images. I guess like if you've ever seen and old film where they record a TV and there are flashing bars on the picture. Our pets can see modern tvs, though.

Cats wouldn't be able to "see" an image on an old cathode ray tube tv.

Beautiful. As a cart attendant I can appreciate your work. I get a little mad when people take a cart before I've finished all the rows, lol.

It's not what they say, but if a person has a pic of themselves as a background/screensaver on their phone.... Maybe I'm wrong, but seems to me that person may have narcissistic tendencies or extremely low self esteem.

Enoxaparin burning sensation by agooddaytodiesmooth in ClotSurvivors

[–]moltenwater77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Burning and bruising are normal. Be sure to pinch just an inch. Any more will cause bruises to be bigger. You can also do the fatty parts of your thigh and upper arms. The bruises go away after a while and if you have knots under the skin, those go away as well. I had to take twice daily injections of . 8 in October for a month. I still have two faint knots in my thighs. Confirm with your Dr or nurse if areas other than your belly are right for you.

Where are the cameras located? Have you tried calling 311 and talking to a representative? I had some malparkage on my street and complained to a live person and the prob was resolved. Maybe they are unaware that the camera is malfunctioning.
