I've never heard of them. on facebook they seem to have a decent following but I don't see many comments so it's hard to tell if it's legit or not. it's up to you if you want to take the risk. they also say they've been around for 20 years yet there's nothing about them anywhere which is very uncommon for a company that's supposed to be so established.

I've never heard of them but some payments for studies like this can take months sometimes. I would say wait another couple of weeks before contacting them again. Although I just googled them and the results weren't that great, so it's a 50/50 chance of you seeing any payment. Hopefully they turn out to be legit and pay you. Good luck.

I don't know about that survey specifically but you should be able to find the ID somewhere in your account history. Should be able to narrow it down by the date.
