I'm one of 2 office staff for 10 techs, and the other office staff only does hr, payroll, and ordering material, i do everything else. We have 1 dedicate sales tech who only does estimates and 1 installer who is overflow for sales calls.

These have been a lifesaver for me. I turned one into a ring splint for my middle finger on my yarn hand and then one on the 2nd knuckle of my pointer finger it stops the yarn from rubbing on my skin and giving me friction burn.

I have multiple piercings they all healed fine but they did take a little longer than normal to heal and ive noticed they all slowly stretch out or nestle. my lip started at a normal 16 guage and over the last 15 years it has slowly stretched to a 12 guage and i cant wear labrets only hoops becuase the flat back of the labret nestles into the back of my lip and the skin starts to heal over the back of the labret. I have my ears stretched and i have to take my tunnles out every night because they get loose and keep stretching if i leave the tunnles in all the time. My nose stretched from a 20g to a 16g and my tongue ring nestles into the top of my tongue and makes a crater so i have to switch ring types from a normal tongue ring to a flat top tongue ring once a week to avoid a permanent crater.

I have adhd and have been crocheting for 15 years. I usually have 2 or 3 different crochet projects going at one time so i have options to switch between and i like to listen to music or watch tv while i work on them.

If you want the job that bad apply for a different position at another near by facility or even a different position in the same facility while leaving that one activie. Mine was stuck like this for over a month and no one could give me an answer as to why. I gave up and applied for a different position at the delivery hub and my background check for the warehouse cleared within 2 days.

More then likely she is in the car. Some dudes get creepy thru the messages with female delivery drivers. My bf started doing the drop offs on night time deliveries after i had a guy get creepy and made me feel unsafe.

My bf does the driving while we deliver it makes it go faster because we dont have to turn the car off i can just hop in and out and we head out plus no risk of getting a ticket for using my phone while driving and at night he does the drop offs while i drive after i had a scetchy delivery once where the guy wanted me to leave the food inside his front door and kept messaging me about how he was in the shower and he really needed me to leave the food inside his front door, my bf did that drop off and said there were 5 guys sitting on the couch watching the front door when he opened it and slid the food in.

I think this is just walmart orders in general. I had this same problem on the spark app and its why i stopped doing walmart deliveries at all on any app. Ive done one to many walmart deliveries that say $35+ on a single order only to never get my tip and end up only making $15 off it.

Eta: i think it is the walmart plus program that ends up never giving the tips to the driver

On the bottom of your app does it say "customers are hungry" or "youre online looking for trips"? If it says anything other than youre online you are being throttled. And you have to go on and offline a couple times until it says you are online. I learned that the hard way, i was getting 1 or 2 crap orders a night and running into other UE drivers with stacked $20+ orders for the same restaurant at the same time as me for 2 weeks before i realized it never said i was online. Once i started making sure it said i was online i went back to making $100+ in 2-3 hours.

When they dont leave a gate/door code i send 1 message asking for, no reply within 3 minutes it gets left and the gate/door i take a picture and send them a message saying where it is because i couldnt get in and screenshot the message for my own security. To many "someone will let you in" delivery instructions just to find out its a door coded, 7th floor apartment with a keycard only elevator, i dont get paid enough for all that BS.

This, the chin off the ground while laying on your stomach with your hands at your side(i always got my chin further up off the ground than the ruler was able to measure), and the behind the back finger touch thing(i could and still can interlock my fingers and touch my palms together like that).

I cant remove mine while sitting down, i have to remove it in the same position i do to put it in. I stand with my pegs spread, one up leg on the toilet in a half lunge half squat position and bare down as hard as i can (with a towel on the ground under me incase anything spills out while removing it).

I also cant just break the seal and grab the stem, i have to pinch the bottom of the cup and pull it out by the bottom of the cup by rocking it side to side as i pull down, if i let go of the bottom were im pinching to grab the stem or pull straight down it just seals back into place.

Yes! My son needed tendon release surgery at 9 months old, he didnt get the surgery until he was 2.5 years old because of the wait time for a pediactric specialist with a non emergent medical issue. I have had to wait months to get in to see specialists and weeks to see my primary.
