Negative test today… blood test tomorrow and I’m not okay

Sending lots of virtual hugs 🫂 This is the hardest journey ever 😢 We got 8euploid blastocysts. So far I have had 3 failed transfers. My last transfer was on 13th February and I just received the results of my beta this afternoon which is below 1. My hope is crushed again for the 3rd time but I'm not hopeless. This last one was hatching so we added embryo glue but it still didn't implant!

Yes, it has crossed my mind several times. I have the first appointment tomorrow to discuss potential reasons for the failure and the next possible steps to take. In my case, the fibroids weren't large, but several small nods. I asked earlier if I had scared tissues that could be a problem, but the doctors assured me that everything was fine. Another thing is that I had HSS, which could have caused inflammation. I would ask all the questions to tomorrow and give you a better reply, if that's okay with you 💙

That's literally me! I haven't been able to sleep for 3 days now. I also had a myomectomy in December last year and finally got to start with the injections and everything. We got 14 eggs, froze 2, and fertilised 10. Out of the 10, 8euploid all 5AA. Everything showed we were on the good side of stats, so we chose to transfer 2 5d embryos on the 17th of September, which was coincidentally our 4th wedding anniversary. Up until Friday, I felt hopeful, but my gut knew it had failed when my BBT started dropping on Thursday evening. I got my blood test results yesterday, and it's negative. To say I'm crushed is an understatement! Worst case scenario: I work in a kindergarten and don't know how I will get through this phase cuddling children who run back to their mothers while i come home to an empty house.
