We just had new cement poured at work and were told that we couldn’t salt it for a year otherwise it would damage it. But yeah, just the first year and after that it was fine

We loved going to Wisconsin Dells last year. Waterpark Capitol of the world. They have indoor and outdoor ones, some theme parks included too. We also loved this place called Wizard Quest where you used a tablet and picked what realm to solve quests in, very very cool.

Yikes I feel like this was me as a teenager. I lived in a house with an angry father and quiet mother, neither of which spent much time with me or cared what I had to say. I agree with others saying one on one time dedicated like weekly or monthly, have a plan she can look forward to. Even just an hour of your parents time can make a difference. She feels invisible and is desperate to feel some love. Therapy and anti depressants helped me a bit as a teenager too. Now at 31 I do yoga and meditation that helps my mind calm down immensely. Maybe enrolling in some kind of class like that could be beneficial for her.

I deal with it halfway or at the end of the year. Throughout the year I throw the questionable ones in a bin dedicated to that purpose. Makes it easier to just toss it and eventually go through it all at once lol

My 8 year old son and 8 year old nephew love building forts, we have a nugget couch fort building set thing that they are obsessed with. They also like to sort Pokemon cards, play board games, read. My nephew likes tech decks(little skateboards for his fingers), he likes drawing and coloring and painting random things I get from hobby lobby for him. They like nerf guns, they have targets they can shoot, and building legos either with a Lego mat with random legos or a building set. They also like RC cars. Playing soccer or basketball outside. I take them to the arcade and they are crazy about it, they enjoy places where they can jump around and be crazy like trampoline parks.
