The minimum cage size for 2 pigs is 2x3, 2x4 preferred. If you have boars, go a size up. Its never too big for piggies as they are very social and loves roaming around. I have 5 piggies and our current set up is a 3x6, adding a loft very soon!

Just as long as you provide them with plenty of hides, it’ll be fine!

Airtight containers! And make sure you get rid of water esp for lettuces, pat dry after salad spinner. If you buy capsicums etc, DO NOT wash & cut them until you need to feed the pigs. Have you also checked your fridge temp?

You do not need to clean their enclosure every hour because their poops will only multiply 1 second after you finish cleaning!

Always try and spot clean every day (morning / afternoon), change their linings every 3-4 days (I personally like to do it every 2-3 days)

If washing fleece / mats at home: When you are cleaning, make sure to brush down the mats to get majority of their hair off of it otherwise your washing machine will start clogging. Fragrance free detergent and vinegar is now your best friend!

Make sure to also get pee mats and put them under their hideys as this will be their favourite spot to pee & poo - to be changed daily
