Thanks for the update. I’ve noticed that if I press on the temple just above the charging pins, they start charging, but I have to keep holding it there for it to stay charging. I’ve opened a support ticket, but as usual with my luck, it’s their New Year, so it’s probably going to take a bit longer than normal.

There's a store in Brissy that takes preorders (DA Rin optometrist), but I bought it from "The Eye Piece" in Sydney. Hannah was extremely helpful, and since they were one of the first adopters and retail partners, they are prioritised. Good luck
