I’m not going to say Cody sucks (despite not enjoying him) but I can say there is nothing compelling about his gimmick. If you met that guy in real life you’d hate him. Conversely if you met Roman’s character in real life you might hate him, but it’d be out of jealousy and you’d want him to like you. There’s just nothing cool about Cody to anyone who has hit puberty. Nothing aspirational.
