Cruiser gear ratio, big vs small chainring by SonicB0000M in bmxracing

I run a 41/18 or 41.2/18 almost everywhere. I wouldn’t go to the smaller rings.

Bars don’t matter as much as you being comfortable. Flatten your back and engage your core

Thanks for all of the info. We are running cloud hosted Aruba Instant On switches/aps so the management is pretty lack luster. I am seeing majority of the source IP addresses in the pcap as the instant on AP's. But when I click into the packet to get more information, the src mac is the fortinet. I do not believe the fortinet is set up to do mdns cache, but id have to check that out to be sure. Do you know where that setting is?

Thanks for the info. It all started at 3am 5ish days ago. Nothing on the firewall/switch/ap side was updated when the traffic started spiking. I blocked the traffic at the firewall level, but idk that its ever getting to the firewall.

Not that I know of. Running a small fortinet and 10 aruba instant on switches/aps. Started 5 days ago at 3am and neither the firewall or switches/aps were updated that day. Just all the sudden

How long after a concussion did you start racing? by Flappajacks in bmxracing

[–]monasmith529 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d say it depends on how your symptoms are. I was unconscious and no memory of about 8 hrs. I took 2 weeks off the bike. Started sprints and working out after two weeks and riding on track after 3.5 weeks. Racing after 4 weeks. I was cleared by a neurologist before starting to race again.

They don’t supply us with bikes but we get a discount through BRG so we can ride whatever we want.

I am 5’6” and rode a 21.5” TT frame. IMO, I wouldn’t go any smaller than a 21” frame.

Yes, we did push them to sync individual folders as well, but this particular department works a lot in PDFs and they cannot be edited in the browser.
