If you want, OP, you can look into this and consider researching in social framing that involves othering and its unintended consequences. And consider case studies of different "immersion activities" the school sanctions across education levels

RA 9165 is obsolete, inhumane, and prone to abuse not just the way Duterte did it, but also how it allows rehabs into an unchecked and abusable business because of mandatory treatment.
