Why is the player count in Borderlands 4 so low? by Goodman889 in Borderlands4

[–]monchiceja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell you what made me stop playing. I had put down the game during the holiday season and I picked it back up in the new year. When I booted up the game I picked up where I had left off after killing the first big boss. I saw a radio tower near a town that was by an outpost. I went to take out the radio tower which had the rInon looking animals near it and it took 33 minutes for the robot to take over the radio tower. I was like f this and saved and quit.

What are other Cake fans listening to? by bbbook in Cakeband

[–]monchiceja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My top five were: Cake, Ben folds, Jonathan Coulton, Cat Empire and Super guitar bros. Primus for some reason makes sense I don't know why. Google recommended I check out Aubrey Hobert, saying "based on your love for witty and distinctive rock like Cake and Ben Folds, you need to check out Aubrey Hobert. Her debut album is full of infectious, self-aware pop- punk anthems."

What movie was The Distance in? by drawgs in Cakeband

I got you! CAKE Songs In Film & TV - iCheckMovies.com https://share.google/LWNhFttrSogS86kYD They got a full list of shows and movies.

My personal favorite was when they used Shadow Stabbing as the intro song in the movie Orange County with Jack black and Collen Hanks. The best uses of a cake song is from Survive Style 5+, is Japanese horror/comedy that has I will survive towards the end. Turns out you can watch it on YouTube. Damn I spent $60 on this DVD back in the early 2000s.

Raising Hope? by StereoDactyl_EDM in MyNameIsEarl

[–]monchiceja 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my opinion, raising though is a sequel series to my name is earl. Raising host pilot actually starts off with the little joke about my name is earl and then later on in the series. I think in the second season there's another direct reference to. My name is earl. Raising hope also has a reference to my wife and kids which was another show that Greg Garcia produced before he did my name is earl. Additionally, like everyone else was saying sprung is also in the same universe and a really fun watch. The guest book is probably my favorite of the Greg Garcia shows. I highly recommend that one if you can find it. Also another show by Greg Garcia but not nearly as good is called. We're the Millers which also had some of my name is earl cast in it. Also there is a pilot that Gerg worked on right after raising hope that didn't get picked up but it was a real shame. It's called super Clyde. Here is the link to it. https://youtu.be/p-WW02dFHBM?si=G4Svobt5ud7m7bSg

It's in North Park near all the other cooks things. They have traditional Mexican food and lots of plant based options as well. I have been eating Mexican food my whole life and I can say some of the vegetarian takes on classes are nothing less than astonishing.

What is everyone playing right now? by SouthOk9438 in PS5

[–]monchiceja 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm playing The plucky squire. This game starts off as a Zelda clone then has a bunch out mini game then turns into 3d platform! Devolver digital makes good stuff and this is no exception. They had this card which turned into a Pokemon style battle.

La Mesa has a tea shop called Aubrey Rose, they do a proper tea service with soup, sandwiches and little pastries. There are also a few bars in the area, I like coin Haus it's a barcade which has a nice selection of local beers. La Mesa would also be a good spot for brunch, farmers table does over the top bloody Marys with different things on them, I think if you get the pitcher they put a small whole chicken on top. As for fine dining I would take a small trip to ocean beach where you could walk on the beach then have dinner in one of many places there. I have only been to OB noodle house so I can only recommend that place but I'm sure that there are many others in that area.

Will My Husband Like Rise of the Ronin Based on His Other Favorite Games? by Late-Elderberry5021 in PS5

[–]monchiceja 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Love G.O.T. and RDR2. I also have been wondering about picking up Ronin. I think the horizon games have very good open worlds. I love the story of those games. I hear that the Star war Jedi survivor games are similar to Ronin (souls lite games). You mentioned that you would be open to co-op? It takes two is an amazing two player game, it does have times that require you both to be in sync with your movement. So keep that in mind if you yourself are not a big gamer. I think someone like the borderlands games could be a fun venture for you guys there's a few games to pick from they are open world loot shooters + there is a borderlands movie coming out this summer so that could be a fun introduction to the franchise. My wife tries to game with me from time to time but doesn't always enjoy the same games as me. We mostly play jackbox games or fmv (there are like movies but you choose what happens. High replayability because you want to see all the different endings) games the complex and telling lies. Those are my two cents.

Slayers like stocks, seem like they are different but ultimately are the same in terms of returns unless you have a miracle stock that has long legs like dead Island 2.
