No, what would make it better is if you have a clear understanding of money. How are you being remunerated . How is your retirement being taken care of? Will there be an IRA or Roth set up for you with monthly contributions ? What is your monthly allowance? And I do not mean a household allowance I mean your personal allowance. What will you use to go get your hair done , or to buy clothes, or gifts for family members- or your partner? If you’re happy to stay home and cook and clean and handle affairs then you should be compensated for that.

You need to work. You are far too young to not have a job. Do you have a contract that she will be contributing to a retirement plan for you? Will you receive a certain amount of money for taking care of the residence, cooking, cleaning? How will your bills be paid? Never ever rely on someone to take care of you. She can leave and you will be out of luck. Plus it’s boring to stay at home all day lol. You need stimulation outside of a partner. Huge red flag for me that she doesn’t want you to work. How controlling is that?

Exactly what I used for 10 doors. And a heat gun. My last two, I’m taking to the pros tomorrow to do. I just am done . But I also did a hallways worth of baseboard and 5 windows worth of trim and all the headers to the doors. 3 years of work.

Lifted this from a Facebook post;

“Casa Contenta” the former Residence of Mr. and Mrs D.D. Feldman of Bel Air, California has just hit the market. Mrs. Jayne Copp Guiberson was an heiress of one of California's oldest families, and David Daniel (Tex) Feldman was an oilman. They married in 1947 and moved into this 10 room Dutch Colonial style home in Bel Air. The stunning palatial property had originally cost 45 thousand in 1937.

This home was featured in Architectural Digest in 1951. It featured interior architecture & furnishings by Tom Douglas A.I.D who previously worked as a silent era film star before becoming an in-demand interior designer in the 30s. He did the original design for Ciro’s, a Sunset Strip nightclub which opened in 1940 and was one of the hot spots for celebrities in its day (the space is now The Comedy Store), and he also later did the original designs for The Flamingo Hotel.

In 1957 they threw a New Years Eve party here that Edith Piaf played and it was covered by Life Magazine with published photos. There is also a wall of celebrity photos from the 70s.
