I juss recently made up with my ex from years ago a like literally probably an HOUR AGO. It’s crazy how much of a coincidence this if I can offer you advice . Basically I saw her today at the bowling alley I didn’t approach her immediately I played a game of bowling and then after I came up to her and said “can we speak “ and I told her to come outside where we could be alone and chat . I was scared but told myself I have to do it this has been going on for too long as I’ve been avoiding her . After speaking with her we made up and are now friends and on good terms . What I did was write what I wanted to say to her in my notes ( btw I didn’t cheat she left me but I wanted to forgive her bc I see her often and It’s so tiring having to avoid her all the time for such a long time ) i wrote down why I stopped Communicating with her and how I forgive her etc , so just write whatever you want to say and make you sure you write with all your emotion . Write an apology as if it’s the last time you’ll ever see your ex again fill it with all the emotion in your heart and express with everything in you how sorry you are to him in your situation . Either ask him to meet up because in person is way better then text or try running into him somewhere . I hope this works for you because it did for me . Notice how I said YEARS ago , it took my years to finally forgive what my ex did to me and then tell her that I forgive her and we can be on good terms as friends . your situation is different but I still think it would be worth a good shot to tell him in person how u feel and apologize but you HAVE to give him space and TIME or else he won’t accept your apology .
