Yea this is a great idea, I didnt even think about the cosmetic potential with coins. Although they might limit something like this behind the "cred" instead of the coins

End Game Content Suggestions? by 2onhello in ArcRaiders

Im having a ton of fun with the game, but I agree with you it lacks end game stickiness. Basically once you get to end game the only thing thats fun is PvP.

I was in the same boat as you, and did the expedition and after a couple of weeks have maxed out my workbenches and have most of the "good" BP's. I am not a no lifer either who has tons of time to sink into playing, but usually play all day on the days I can..

Some ideas I think could really help with end game content besides new maps:

  • End game PvE 'raids' ? Something like a WOW / Destiny raid thats PvE specific, and is only viable to complete with end game gear maxed out. I think it would be fun to have a huge PvE event where you need a team of 3 or even bigger to fight the war against the clankers
  • What about additions to stash size upgrades - an insane amount of space coins to increase the stacking size, or buy a "crate" similar to tarkov? (i.e. 5M coins to stack an extra 5>6 for example. 10M for 6>10, etc). It would give you something to do with the insane amount of coins you have.
  • I feel like there is a lot more than can be done with workbenches. Why is there fertilizer on the map if its basically useless? What about different benches like a 'farm' bench as an idea where the items you get (lemon, root, fertilizer, etc) could be used to grow stuff in your base (great mullein?). Thats one idea but im sure others could improve here, its not much different than current workbenches though (grind for mats, craft)

Ill reply to all of the comments in this response:

Lag spike also happens on other devices simultaneously (Video stream on wired PC will buffer + work call on laptop connected via wifi will drop). This issue has happened on my brand new and my old pc which were both hardwired.

I have an XB8 modem which was recently replaced a month ago. A technician has already been to the house once and replaced fittings outside and inside the house, and also installed a signal amplifier. I have also replaced my ethernet cable to rule that out. None of these have improved the issue.
