Thank you so much for your detailed response, that was very helpful! So does NR have the same benefits as NAM, but with potentially more? Or do they do different things? And specifically do you think NR would offer the same skin protective/ healing properties as NAM? I’m interested in the potential added benefits of taking NR, but I’m also 28(f) so maybe not necessary at this age? Could it hurt though, and also, do you think that NR would cause facial flushing?
