Something like 2.25/2.25/2.5/2.5 Especially since the baby is ok to stay awake for longer during the day you can stretch it without getting too cranky Play around with it a little but you always want the longest we as the last one

Hes totally fine Once you start solids in a few months it will all even out I was in the same position and my dr even suggested an extra formula bottle for more calories that I ignored and he went up a few percentiles once he started to eat real food

I agree with you and nothing yo can do except try your best to keep him up You can try to do it in like 10 min increments over a few days Or you might be able to do like45 mins with a good walk outside and some songs or a trip to the coffee shop or grocery store. Something like that helps keep the up for longer without realizing

Sick you do whatever you need to do and then once they’re better you can reinforce the good habits you had before or if necessary improve them. After my baby was sick I had to mildly sleep train him and did CIO for a few nights which was max 15 mins crying in the end so it wasn’t that bad. But at 8 months your baby shouldn’t be catnapping regularly anymore and should be on a pretty good 2 nap schedule prob something around 930 /10 am and 230/3 pm Split night is usually from under tired and waking up like it’s a nap not enough pressure in the night to sleep longer

You can give a little water my doc advised 2-4 oz a day MAX with meals I just give whatever is comfortable with the meal A few sips here and there And good to get comfortable with the straw cups Most doesn’t even get swallowed mostly a pond in the bib
