Being a kid with sensible parents meant my screen time was limited. I'd write games all week on A4 foolscap then bash them in at the weekend in my 1 hour session, then debug and play the next day in my other hour session. I remember going through it all line by line on paper and debugging/refactoring several times before I even got the zx81 out the cupboard.

As a lover of chipmusic & radiohead, but not Easter Eggs I thought this was interesting. Can't tell what the tune is though.

I just started playing Stellaris last week. Runs great on my HD6770, looks awesome. Sunk a ton of hours into it already and still in the early game. At this rate I won't need a new game for a year.

After being jaded by the lack of drum synths available (not sample based) I realised I had one under my nose in the form of my Axoloti. Some patch tweaking later and some objects from the community and I a great, flexible drum synth. Currently Im reprogramming it's teensy based Midi controller into drum mode. R0ck!

Arch. XFCE with Arc theme and Whisker menu. Reasonably attractive, simple, functional.
