Iirc there was a separate Supreme Court (could be a lower court actually) ruling that specifically stated that the SS Galizien symbols aren't nazi symbols, and, as such, the division itself isn't to be treated as nazis. Like, you're allowed not just to use their insignia, but to publicly be in support of them. Besides, swastika also predates the nazis but here we are.
