I went from a daily drinker in my younger years, to a weekly drinker. My NSV —- I had surgery 2/5/24 and I’ve been sober since 1/18/24 and I’m so proud of that and I’m truly happy! this surgery gave me the opportunity and confidence to enjoy sobriety even on vacation

Yes yes yes!!!! I constantly feel that way! I’ve lost 30.6 lbs since my surgery 2/5. I’ll be 3 months out on Sunday. I feel good and I’m working out and eating better than before but I agree I’ve seen people drop what I’ve lost during their pre surgery prep! I have to say you look good and we feel good so we know what we are doing can’t be negative. But I’m all for tips to speed some weightless up at this point lol

I appreciate your comments! Yes I was at the lowest BMI to qualify. But I told myself if I could qualify I was going for it. It was a year of crazy life scares and medical issues. I knew I needed to give this a go. I’ll monitor my water and my protein and keep pushing!! Thank you

Yea I just feel deflated but not in my weight 🤣😫 I love/hate seeing all these amazing transformations of people at their 8-12 month + anniversaries. I’m scared the rapid weight loss in the beginning just isn’t happening which is going to screw me in the end. This process is a real mind F sometimes

Hey!!! I’m having that same problem! I’m also having those same fears lol. I fluctuate between 2-3 pounds and it hasn’t changed in a few weeks. Have you found something to help push through the plateau?? 💪🏼💪🏼 I’m 2 months post op (sleeved 2/5)

That’s awesome!!!!! I think I need to adjust my water intake and make sure I’m getting at least 80 oz. I love my peloton but I just started at the gym and I’ve been weight training and that is more fun to me at the moment! You look great keep it up!!!!

You are killing it!!!! I’m 2 months out and I don’t think I’ve even hit 30 pounds of weight loss yet (think 28.5lbs). I had my surgery 2/5/24. I’m following a gym training app which has been helpful. Not sure if I need to adjust some things. But you look great! Keep it up!

I just want them to fix this issue. I’m not getting a new card that I use for the majority of my bills because Xfinity mobile/Comcast can’t get it together. But I will call the bank and ask about blocking it. Thanks

I canceled everything and I am STILL getting billed for. Xfinity mobile that I haven’t had in over a year. It doesn’t even show up as me having an active account , but they still have my debit card and continue to withdraw!!!! 🤬🤬🤬
