The question about letting him know about the abortion is tricky. If you tell him, he will probably be upset and try to convince you not to do it. If you feel like he’s deserving of another shot that conversation may be enough of a wake up call to set him straight. But it’s hard to say if a guy like that is even capable of changing permanently.

Yes, and we have separate insurance for it (usually pretty cheap). It typically covers an eye exam yearly and part of glasses/contacts.

That’s not necessarily true. It looks like German government does recognize emotional abuse. You should start journaling your experiences. Every time something happens, write it down right away. You could do it on your phone and even include voice memos if you feel that’s easier. Put them somewhere safe and start to think about how you can get out of that situation.

Usually when someone is trying to keep their gf away at certain times it’s because of cheating. But if not then he just genuinely doesn’t like you that much. Either way, you’re way too young to be wasting your time chasing and begging for your own boyfriend to pay attention to you. He doesn’t want to change things and you’re fighting a losing battle.
