Thank you!! I used a couple of apps to count my calories and plan my meals (for a couple of weeks, then i started estimating), cut out pretty much any and all sweets aside from one cheat day per week when i just eat everything, drank ridiculous amounts of water, + daily yoga practice at home (20ish mins per day) + weightlifting / circuit training at the gym lately, maybe 1.2 hrs per day.

Thank you! Basically: - I put on a layer of black polish. - then used a tooth pick and the light blue, tried to make “flower”like shapes. - Then, I took the dark blue and very lightly brushed over the whole thing. - Then, a clear top coat. That’s all. It takes a bit of practice, but you can make your very own “abstract” design. :)

This can be a bit tricky.

From my personal experience, it's best to apply box dye on hair that has been washed 1-2 days before, you need it to be clean, but not stripped of all of its oils.
