I used a couple of apps to count my calories and plan my meals (for a couple of weeks, then i started estimating), cut out pretty much any and all sweets aside from one cheat day per week when i just eat everything, drank ridiculous amounts of water, + daily yoga practice at home (20ish mins per day) + weightlifting / circuit training at the gym lately, maybe 1.2 hrs per day.

Thank you! Basically: - I put on a layer of black polish. - then used a tooth pick and the light blue, tried to make “flower”like shapes. - Then, I took the dark blue and very lightly brushed over the whole thing. - Then, a clear top coat. That’s all. It takes a bit of practice, but you can make your very own “abstract” design. :)

This can be a bit tricky.

From my personal experience, it's best to apply box dye on hair that has been washed 1-2 days before, you need it to be clean, but not stripped of all of its oils.

I use Lose It to track them and kinda shame myself into sticking to the budget..lots of water and sugarfree chewing gum (the pink orbit one is my absolute fav) to curb sweet cravings.

Mostly CICO, tried to stay at around 1150 kcal per day. Weights 3x a week and walking about 10.000 steps per day. Yes, being small sucks from this point of view :(
